Weather Plan/Registration
April/2010
Greetings~
And the rain keeps coming! Good news is that for SUNDAY the rain chances are decreasing! Temperatures are slated to be in the mid 70's. I am sure everyone is anxious to get back on the bike after the soggy week we have had.

Please read below for our weather contingency plan:
This is a rain or shine event. In the event of an active thunderstorm at 8am the ride will be delayed for up to one hour. In the event of flooding we will reroute where we are able to or shorten rides if necessary. Rerouting decisions will be made on Saturday afternoon and posted on the website if any changes are made. The ride will only be canceled if conditions have deteriorated to the point where rider safety is in question. We will be working with the local police departments to make this determination.

Online registration is now closed. We will continue the registration process at packet pick today and tomorrow. Last minute registration on Sunday will be at Retama Park before the ride from 645-745.
